Complimentary Movie Tickets

 

1. I have sent an SMS but I have not received my couple movie tickets. What do I do?

If you have already sent an SMS to 7090670906, then sit back and relax. Once you are declared a winner, you will receive your couple movie tickets code via SMS within 24 business hours. You can also refer to the winner-list published on our website  www.centerfish.in . The winner list will be updated twice a week for Tamil Nadu and every 2 days for the rest of India . If you are not declared a winner, how about you get another Center fresh and participate again? :)

 

2. I have received an SMS with a movie reward code. How can I redeem my reward? 

Once you receive a movie reward code via SMS, follow the steps below:

  1. Visit   www.centerfresh.bigcityexperience.com  .
  2. On the weblink, register yourself with the reward code and contact details. Next, submit the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
  3. Proceed to book your movie by selecting your preferred movie, time slot and venue. 24 hours prior to your preferred date, you will receive a confirmation call from our team, and your movie tickets will be sent to you via SMS and Email.

3.  Can I watch 3D Movies in this offer?

No, this offer applies to 2D movies only; 3D Movies are not applicable under this offer.

 

4. Can I book Gold Class movie tickets?

No, this offer applies to Silver Class tickets only; Gold, Platinum or other premium seats are not included in this offer.

 

5. Can I book tickets for upcoming, unreleased movies?

No, this offer applies only to movies currently running in your nearest cinema halls. Request for unreleased movies is not applicable in this promo.

 

6. Can I cancel the request once I receive the confirmation SMS from your end?

No, once you have confirmed your booking, cancellation or rescheduling requests will not be entertained as per Terms and Conditions.

 

7. Why am I not able to place the movie request for the next day?

The minimum time to place a booking request is 2 days in advance and the maximum time is 7 days in advance to your preferred movie date as per the Terms and Conditions of this promotion.

 

8. When will I receive the call from the booking team?

You will receive a confirmation call from the booking team 24 hours prior to the showtime. You will also receive your movie tickets via SMS and Email after confirming the booking on call.

 

9. Do I need to show any SMS or email at the venue?

Yes, you need to show the booking confirmation SMS (M-ticket) or a print-out of the e-ticket at the box office or venue to gain entry.    

 

 10. What happens if I send my entry outside the contest window, i.e. between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM?

Entries received outside of the Contest Period will not be eligible for the contest. 

 

11. Can I book only 1 ticket in this promotion offer?

Yes, you can book only 1 ticket in this promotion offer but your voucher will be deemed as redeemed and cannot be reused again.

 

12. Can I book the 2 tickets separately, or for two separate shows?

Unfortunately, you cannot book 2 tickets of the same show separately. You will have to avail the two tickets together of the same show.

 

13. Is there any upper limit of the ticket value?

The ticket value should be less than or equal to Rs.500.

 

14. Are the movie tickets valid on weekdays/weekends/all shows?

This offer entitles the user to 2 complimentary movie tickets at participating cinemas from Monday to Friday (all shows) and on Saturday & Sunday for shows before 11:30 AM. 

 

15. If have booked the movie tickets but I am unable to go, are the movie tickets transferable?

If you do not show at the venue, your voucher will be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used.
